Facility Use

Please fill out the form below to make a gymnasium use request. K-12 student events will take precedence to any other event. All usage must be arranged through the school office and be preapproved by the building administrator.

 

Crook County School District #1 will not be held responsible for any injuries and/or accidents that may occur during use of the facility. There must be an adult (non-student) supervisor present when a student group is utilizing the facility. The facility must be cleaned up and locked prior to exit. Groups using the gym/building will be responsible for damages to the facilities or equipment which may occur during use by that organization. The custodian and/or principal will do spot checks of the facility. Any group found violating these rules could result in the loss of use of the facility.
